The Hotel Palace was constructed under the address Budapest, VIII., Rákóczi út 45. at the beginning of the last century. The Hotel, together with the neighbouring empty construction plot, was bought by an Austrian investor who constructed a 4* hotel with 227 rooms together with the new building wings. The old Hotel Palace is under monument protection. It was also the part of the project to construct the upper structure garage building with 210 parking places. The hotel is operated by the Accor-Pannónia Rt. while the garage by the Wipark Hungária Kft.
