The project is located on the section of the Váci street in the XIII. district - and a so called brown field area - which is one of the most dynamically developing trade corridors of Budapest. The preparation of the development was commenced with the demolition works of the old factory buildings and the environment protection discharging activities of the contaminated soil and soil water. After finishing the implementation works of the hypermarket, in phase II. and III, our company performed project management services for the office buildings to lease on the developing area. (Optima A and B office buildings).
The data of the hypermarket: air conditioned sales area of the hypermarket on 12.000 m², shop area to rent on 1.700 m², 1.000 parking places on the open air ground level, prefabricated r.c. building structures, heat insulated steel plate wall cladding, flat roof and the sprinkler system was installed in the total building.
